A carefully and creatively carved female sits with hands in her lap on a stool.  Her defining features are distinctive: an ornate coiffure, hollow eyes, a large goiter and large breasts.  The bracelets on the wrists, as well as other design elements, suggest the hand of an imaginative carver.  The piece has a gorgeous and thick patina and signs of significant age.
